Ferry operators run many service points — counters, kiosks, gates, info boards — that rarely talk to each other. Passengers want online tickets; operators want one source of truth.

- ■ Seven apps on one backend: web booking portal, admin dashboard, crew mobile POS, self-service kiosk, info display, gate check-in, and a central API
- ■ Schedule, capacity, ticket-class, and passenger-manifest management
- ■ End-to-end tested with Playwright
